Welcome to Valpets CR. By using our website and purchasing our courses, you agree to the following terms:

Our courses are for licensed veterinarians and veterinary students. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total course price is required to reserve your spot.
Your registration is considered reserved once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the course start date.
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, Valpets CR reserves the right to release your spot without refunding the deposit.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, once your deposit has been paid, your course price will be honored for the selected course and date.
Any payment processing fees, bank fees or currency conversion fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy in Section 4.

All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the course start date may qualify for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Any approved refund may be subject to the deduction of non-recoverable payment processing fees, bank fees or currency conversion fees.
Cancellations made 15 days or less before the course start date are non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, Valpets CR may, at its discretion, allow the participant to reschedule to a future available course date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested before the original course start date.
Failure to attend the course without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
If Valpets CR cancels a course, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund of the amount paid to Valpets CR.
Valpets CR is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, meals, visa processing, travel insurance, accommodation arranged independently, or other personal travel costs.

Our courses involve hands-on veterinary procedures. Attendees acknowledge inherent risks and agree to follow all safety guidelines.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during the course.

We collect and store personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
By registering, you consent to our use of your data for administrative purposes.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Disputes will be resolved following Costa Rica's laws.
